提高主汽温度防止屏式过热器超温试验研究

摘    要:针对山西神头发电责任有限公司苏制670t/h锅炉存在的主汽温度偏低及屏式过热器超温的问题,总结了屏式过热器壁温的试验特性,分析了大修清理积灰后主汽温度偏低现象更加突出的规律,提出了将屏式过热器热负荷较高区域的材质更换为耐热性能更好的1Cr18Nil2Ti。改进方案实施后,主蒸汽温度提高了10℃左右,减温水使用量减少约7t/h,屏式过热器局部超温的问题得到解决,年节约用煤123万元,并且该改进方案比全部换管材节省费用约448万元,取得了显著的经济性和安全性。
