贵州赫章鲕状赤铁矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:采用强磁选-反浮选工艺对贵州赫章鲕状赤铁矿进行提铁降磷试验研究。在磨矿细度-0.075 mm占77.50%,磁感应强度1.55 T和棒介质的条件下进行1次强磁选粗选;强磁选粗精矿在磨矿细度-0.038 mm占84.00%,磁感应强度1.40 T和网介质的条件下进行1次精选;强磁选粗尾矿在磁感应强度1.40 T和网介质的条件下进行1次扫选,然后精选尾矿和扫选精矿合并返回磨矿闭路流程,获得铁品位52.13%,磷含量0.45%,回收率72.16%的铁精矿。采用高效调整剂和高效捕收剂将强磁选精矿进行1次反浮选,获得了铁品位56.14%,磷含量0.22%,回收率62.48%的铁精矿。强磁选-反浮选工艺为开发利用该地鲕状赤铁矿提供了可行的依据。

Abstract:The experiments on iron improvement and phosphorous reduction for Hezhang oolitic hematite in Guizhou,were carried out by high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation.With a grinding fineness of 77.50%-0.075 mm,the magnetic field strength of 1.55 T and the rods media,a rough high-intensity magnetic separation was conducted.Next,rough concentrate is treated by a cleaning separation under conditions of grinding fineness of-0.038 mm 84.00%,the magnetic field strength of 1.40 T and the net media.And rou...
