| 摘 要： | 钠基土膨润土粘性大,配加量小,使用钠基土是球团减少膨润土消耗的有效措施之一.针对济钢球团粘结剂消耗较高的情况,在实验室对8个钠基土样进行了造球试验和指标测试,对比分析钠基土应用效果,并进行综合评估.试验表明,在保证生球质量下,钠基土与钙基土的替代比达到1∶1.6左右,能有效降低球团膨润土用量.
