济钢球团配加钠基膨润土试验研究

摘    要:钠基土膨润土粘性大,配加量小,使用钠基土是球团减少膨润土消耗的有效措施之一.针对济钢球团粘结剂消耗较高的情况,在实验室对8个钠基土样进行了造球试验和指标测试,对比分析钠基土应用效果,并进行综合评估.试验表明,在保证生球质量下,钠基土与钙基土的替代比达到1∶1.6左右,能有效降低球团膨润土用量.

Abstract:Having a large viscidity,the sodium-base bentonite is frequently added to bentonite to reduce the consumption of the latter in making ore pellets.In view of the large consumption of pellet aggromerant(bentonite) at Jinan Iron and Steel Co.,8 samples made from sodium-base bentonite were used to fabricate pellets for an overall assessment.It was found possible to substitute the sodium-base bentonite for the calcium-base one in a substitution ratio of 1: 1.6,thus substantially reducing the consumption of bento...
