超声波探伤在造纸烘缸平盖与筒体对接焊缝检验中的应用

摘    要:根据锅炉压力容器安全性能监督规则,通过对造纸烘缸监督检验发现,由于结构上的原因,无法对造纸烘缸平盖与筒体对接焊缝进行X射线探伤,故采用超声波探伤。在超声波探伤中发现了整条焊缝根部未焊透的问题,其原理和操作简单。效率高,为制造厂的工程技术人员解决了无损检测在造纸烘缸平盖与筒体对接焊缝检验中的技术难题。

Abstract:According to the regulation of boiler pressure container safty function superimentends,we can't use X-ray to checking the soldering seam of paper making dryer cover and the tube body because of structure.So we adopt the ultrasonic detection.We discover that the root of whole soldering seam isn't soldered thoroughly.By ultrasonic detection the principle and operation is simple.It's also effcient.It solves the technology problem of checking the soldering seam of paper making dryer cover and the tube body for manufactory workers.
