摘    要:设计了以TMS320F240为核心的控制系统,为了控制焊机的输出功率和焊机的输出外特性,设计采用了脉宽调制型控制方式。结合TMS320F240输出的PWM波形,设计了专门的分频电路。利用霍尔传感嚣设计了电流、电压反馈系统,形成了闭环控制系统;针对焊接过程中可能出现的过电流、过热、过/欠电压等故障.设计了相应的保护电路和报警电路。另外,研制了数字化送丝系统,该系统送丝稳定。

Abstract:A control system based on TMS320F240 was designed,which was adopted to control output power and output characteristic of the machine.According to the output PWM waveform of TMS320F240,a special circuit was devised to divide one PWM pulse into two.A closed loop control system was formed by current and voltage feedback system by means of Hall sensors.Aimming to possible failures happening in welding process,such as over-current,over/below voltage,over heat,a corresponding protect and alarm circuit were designed.Further more,a digital wire feed system was developed,the result show that is stable.
