摘    要:研究了进口Al-Ti-B和自制Al-Ti-B-RE晶粒细化剂对Al-Mg-Si铝合金组织和综合力学性能的影响.结果表明,加入2种中间合金都能显著细化Al-Mg-Si铝合金的晶粒尺寸,对力学性能和布氏硬度也都有不同程度的提高.Al-Mg-Si铝合金的晶粒尺寸随着自制中间合金加入量的增加逐渐减小,当加入量为0.2%时,合金铸态组织性能和综合力学性能最好.

Abstract:The influence of grain refiners of imported Al-Ti-B and homemade Al-Ti-B-RE on the microstructure and comprehensive mechanical properties of Al-Mg-Si aluminum alloy was investigated.The results show that,when adding imported Al-Ti-B or homemade Al-Ti-B-RE grain refiners into Al-Mg-Si alloy,the grain size of the alloy refines and the mechanical properties and Brinell hardness increases.The grain size of Al-Mg-Si alloy decreases with the increase of the addition of homemade grain refiner,and when the addition is 0.2%,the microstructure and comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloy ingot are the best.
