摘    要:以呋喃树脂砂型铸造ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo低碳马氏体不锈钢铸件为对象,采用数值模拟与工艺试验相结合的方法,研发出铸件落砂判据,并在生产实践中得到验证和应用.

Abstract:Taking the ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo stainless steel casting produced with furan resin bonded sand as the study object,and combining the numerical simulation technology with technical test,the criterion of casting shakeout has been developed,and verified and applied to production practice successfully.
