| 摘 要： | 本文研究以零树方法进行小波图象压缩编码，在零树编码各级小波系数前，根据不同分解级小波系数幅值间的相关特性，通过以树结构对小波系数的能量人三测与排序，不仅优化了码率的分配，提高了编码图象ＰＳＮＲ约０．３－０．５ｄＢ，而且加速了编码过程各纳１０％，同时该编码方案仍保零树编码产生嵌入式码流，支 持多码率图象解码。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a new zerotree based wavelet image coding scheme is put forward.Prior to zerotree coding,all the wavelet coefficients are rearranged according to their energy estimation based on tree structure. As a result,bit allocation is optimized and PSNR is improved by 0.3-0. 5dB. Meanwhile,both encoding and decoding processes are about 10% less time-consuming,Furthermore,the code stream produced is embedded and able to support multirate image decoding. |
