| Abstract: | The control system of the coiler in general consists of a high-accuracy drive control, a position control, a pressure control and a fast interlock control. The configuration, network integration, software and analysis method employed in the PDA data acquisition system are describe. The system has solved problems associated with the acquisition, storage and analysis of data, and provided a technical platform for equipment analysis and process control. It has also solved the problem with acquiring real-time data from production line, and hence is worthwhile being popularized. |
