| Abstract: | The network call center plays a vital role in wired networks to expand digital TV services.This article focuses on the roles and functions of the network call centers in overall translation of digital cable TV network,and discuss the necessity and infrastructure technology of setting up call centers in the broadcasting system with the hope that pointing out a direction for the development of the radio and television station. |
