摘    要:利用具有预应力梁式转换层的外套式巨型混凝土框架(简称预应力巨型框架),可以在不影响原建筑日常使用和尽可能降低层高及自重的条件下将大平面多层建筑转化为以建筑,实现建筑的增层改造,对于用地较的城市市区风的旧房改造是一种经济和实用的方法。本文以典型工程实例阐述这种框架结构的设计与施工要点。

Abstract:Huge concrete frames with prestressed transition beams (huge prestressed frames in short) can be applied in adding more storeys to existing large plane multi storey buildings. The advantages are the renovation can be carried out without stopping the serviceability of the building and the storey height and self weight can be reduced as much as possible. It is an economical and practical method of renovating existing buildings which are located in the limited land of urban areas. The typical engineering case presented in the paper explains the key issues of design and construction of this frame structure.[
