大型薄壁筒体钢塔火灾后评估与加固处理

摘    要:火灾造成某电厂大型薄壁钢塔严重损伤.钢塔材料力学性能检测、变形监测以及变形承载力分析表明,火灾后的钢塔已经不能满足使用要求.针对现场具体情况,对钢塔采取了有效的整形和加固处理措施,包括变形矫正、局部更换板块、加焊竖向加强筋和局部加贴钢板.处理后分析结果表明,钢塔承载力和刚度能够满足设计要求.

Abstract:Some thin-wall steel tower of power plant has gotten severe damage after fire.Through the detection of mechanical properties and deformation,as well as the analysis of deformation and bearing capacity,the steel tower after fire can't satisfy application requirement.Based on the particular situation on site,effective measurements of shaping and strengthening are adopted,including straightening,local replacement of plate,welding vertical stiffeners and local pasting steel plates.The calculation results show t...
