基于洪水资源利用的汛期分期研究

我国许多流域水资源短缺,而年内降雨量主要集中在汛期几个月。传统的汛期划分方法常常造成汛期大量弃水、汛末无水可蓄现象,影响了水库兴利功能的发挥。为此,从洪水资源利用的角度出发,分析了常用的汛期划分方法的不足之处,提出基于降雨、径流规律分析的定性统计法与Fisher最优分割方法相结合的汛期划分方法,并以跋山水库为例进行了汛期分期划分,划分结果较为理想。

Study of Flood Season Division based on Flood Water Utilization

Water shortage exists in many river basins of China and most of the annual rainfall occurs in the flood season frequently.The conventional flood season division method usually results in a lot of surplus water during the flood season and inadequate water storage at the end of flood season,which affect the comprehensive benefits of the reservoir greatly. For the purpose of floodwater resource utilization,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the former division methods and introduces a method combining with the qualitative statistical method and Fisher optimal dissection method.The ap- plication of such method to Bashan reservoir showed the result of this division method is ideal.
