摘    要:针对现阶段带式输送机输送系统运输效率低、电能和机械损耗严重等问题,提出了带式输送机运行状态透明化解决方案,即建设基于B/S架构的带式输送机智能运维管理平台,介绍了该运维管理平台的数据架构设计和功能架构设计,通过对平台关键子系统监测手段及调控节能技术进行研究分析,完善了带式输送机智能运维管理平台数据采集层所需的必要信息及分析控制层决策输出的理论基础。通过在煤矿的实际应用表明,该平台打破了各个系统间的数据壁垒,支撑数据联合融动,达到了带式输送机物料透明、运行数据透明、调控节能透明的目的,该平台能够全面感知运输系统状态,提升运输系统的安全性能,为煤矿用户构建智慧矿山奠定了主运数据基础。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low transportation efficiency and serious electric energy loss and machinery loss in belt conveyor system at present,a transparent solution for the operation state of belt conveyor was put forward,that was to build an intelligent operation and maintenance management platform for belt conveyor based on B/S architecture,and the data architecture and functional architecture design of the platform were introduced.Through the research and analysis of the monitoring means and energy-saving control technology of the key subsystems of the platform,the necessary information for the data acquisition layer of the platform and the theoretical basis for the decision-making output of the analysis and control layer had been improved.The actual application in coal mine showed that the platform for belt conveyor had broken down the data barriers among various systems,supported the data fusion,and achieved the purpose of material transparency,operation data transparency and energy-saving control transparency of belt conveyor.The platform could fully perceive the status of the transportation system,improve the safety performance of the transportation system,and lay the main transportation data foundation for coal mine users to build a intelligent mine.
