某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:为了解某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿石的矿石性质与可选性之间的关系,采用了光学显微镜鉴定、X衍射、MLA能谱分析等方法,对矿石进行了化学多元素、物相组成、重要矿物的嵌布特征及嵌布粒度等工艺矿物学分析。结果表明,该矿石中铜、铅和锌主要以硫化物的形式存在,属于原生铜多金属硫化矿石。矿石中金属矿物组成较复杂,而脉石矿物组成相对简单,有用矿物的嵌布粒度较细,矿物间包裹现象严重,且有价元素铜、铅、锌与脉石连生关系密切。

Abstract:In order to investigate the relationship between ore properties and washability of copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulphide ore,the process mineralogical analysis of chemical multiple elements,phase composition,dissemination characteristics and dissemination size of important minerals by chemical multi-element analysis was carried out by means of optical microscopy identification,X-ray diffraction,MLA energy spectrum analysis and other methods.The results show that copper,lead and zinc in the ore mainly exit in the form of sulfide,which belongs to the primary copper polymetallic sulfide ore.The composition of metallic minerals in the ore is complex,while the composition of gangue minerals is relatively simple.The intercalation granularity of useful minerals is fine,and the phenomenon of intermineral inclusion is serious,and the valuable elements such as copper,lead,zinc and gangue are closely related.
