裂缝带顺层长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术研究

摘    要:为进一步提高采空区裂缝带瓦斯抽采效果、降低矿井瓦斯治理成本,保证工作面安全回采,曙光煤矿引进大直径顶板定向长钻孔技术对工作面覆岩裂缝带瓦斯进行抽采,同时对高位定向钻孔布置层位及施工工艺进行了研究。现场工业性试验表明,垂直方向上定向钻孔层位布设于裂缝带中下部瓦斯聚集区域17.1~22.8 m;水平方向上钻孔分布范围距回风巷15~35 m,钻孔间距为10 m。与普通高位钻孔抽采技术相比,该套技术不仅大幅减少高位钻场数量和钻孔进尺量,显著缩短施工工期和降低施工成本,而且瓦斯抽采效果明显优于常规钻进技术,平均单孔瓦斯抽采纯量由0.15 m3/min提高到1.55 m3/min,提高了9倍;钻孔抽采寿命由18~33 d提高到146 d以上,提高了4倍以上。

Abstract:In order to further improve the effect of gas drainage from goaf fracture zones,reduce the mine gas control costs,and ensure the safety mining of working face,large diameter long roof directional drill hole technology was introduced by Shuguang Coal Mine to carry out gas drainage from fractured zone in overlying strata of working face,and the construction location and technology of high directional drill hole were studied and determined.Field industrial tests showed that in the vertical direction,the directional drill holes were located at 17.1-22.8 m in the lower middle part of the fracture zone where gas accumulated;in the horizontal direction,the distribution range of drill holes were from 15-35 m from the return airway,and the spacing of drill holes was 10 m.Compared with the ordinary high drilling gas drainage technology,this technology could not only significantly reduce the quantity of high drilling fields and drilling footage,shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost,but also bring a significantly better gas drainage effect than the conventional drilling technology.Based on the technology,the average single-hole pure quantity of gas drainage was increased by 9 times from 0.15 m3/min to 1.55 m3/min,and the lifetime of drainage drill hole was increased by over 4 times from 18-33 days to over 146 days.
