矿井矸石零排放绿色开采技术探讨

摘    要:基于井下煤矸分选技术、矸石充填技术,通过对井下煤矸的分选能力、充填能力与矿井生产能力匹配、矿井矸石产生量与井下充填空间平衡、井下矸石分选系统、充填系统与同矿井开拓开采巷道布置关系、垮落法开采与充填法协同开采、矿井产量保障程度等分析,探讨并提出了适用于不同生产方式下的矿井矸石零排放绿色开采技术。

Abstract:On the basis of underground coal gangue separation technology and gangue filling technology,through the analysis of the separation capacity of underground coal gangue,the coordination between filling capacity and mine production capacity,the balance between the gangue amount and underground filling space,the relationship among the coal gangue separation system,the filling system and the layout of the mine development workings and mining roadways,the collaborative mining of caving mining and filling mining,and the guarantee degree of mine output,etc.,the green mining technology without mine gangue discharge under different production modes was studied and put forward.
