摘    要:我国“富煤、缺油、少气”的资源禀赋决定了现代煤化工产业对保障国家能源安全具有非常重要的战略意义。现代煤化工应在生产过程中秉持清洁转化、高效利用、可持续发展的目标,推动高碳能源绿色转型发展,但在如何突破高能耗、高耗水、高排放等关键技术瓶颈方面仍然面临诸多挑战。在分析发展现代煤化工对我国能源产业的重要意义、面临的挑战等基础上,结合国家推进能源革命和构建清洁低碳、安全高效能源体系的要求,建议进一步加强科技布局,充分发挥煤炭的物质资源属性,以变革性技术为引领,突破行业壁垒,跨领域促进各种能源种类及产业之间的多能融合,推动现代煤化工产业高质量发展。

Abstract:China's resources endowment of"rich coal,lack of oil and gas"determines that the modern coal chemical industry has a very important strategic significance to ensure national energy security.In the production process,modern coal chemical industry adheres to the goals of clean conversion,efficient utilization and sustainable development,and promotes the green transformation and development of high carbon energy.However,there are still key technical bottlenecks of high energy consumption,high water consumption and high emission to break through.Based on the analysis of the significance and challenges of the development of modern coal chemical industry to China's energy industry,combined with the requirements of promoting the energy revolution and building a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system,it is suggested to further strengthen the layout of science and technology,give full play to the material resource attribute of coal,take the transformative technology as the guide,break through the industry barriers,and facilitate the interdisciplinary multi-energy integration of various energy types and industries,and promote the high quality development of modern coal chemical industry.
