未来空战新概念及其实现挑战

近年来美国空军等提出了网络中心战、作战云、多域战、融合战等未来空战新概念,期望以新的、更加灵捷和一体化的作战体系框架来协同运用军事力量,通过跨域协同运用多域作战能力,提高作战效能,在未来激烈对抗的信息化、网络化、体系化作战条件下获得作战优势。美国DARPA也提出了马赛克战概念,试图通过将探测感知、火力控制和杀伤兵器等功能能力分解到小的模块化单元中,并将分解的多个功能单元进行马赛克式的组装,形成能同时应对各种目标集的多个杀伤网,确保在高烈度的作战博弈环境中跨多作战域有效作战。本文概述了从网络中心战概念的提出,到美国空军的融合网络中心战、作战云、多域战、融合战的未来空战新概念及马赛克战概念演进的过程,重点介绍了美国空军的未来空战概念及其实现所面临的技术挑战,并介绍了DARPA为应对这些技术挑战所提出的马赛克战概念。

New Concepts of Future Air Warfare and the Challenges for Its Realization

In order to coordinate the use of military forces in a more agile and integrated combat system framework,as well as improve operational effectiveness through employing multi domain combat capability through cross domain cooperation,the concepts of the future air warfare,which integrates the concepts of network centric warfare,combat cloud,multi-domain warfare and fusion warfare,are put forward by U.S.Air Force in recent years to get operational advantages under the conditions of Informatization,network and systematization in the future fierce combat.Moreover,the concept of mosaic warfare is put forward by DARPA.It is realized by trying to decompose the functional capabilities of detection and perception,fire control and kill weapons into small,modular units,and assemble the decomposed functional units in a mosaic way to form multiple kill nets that can simultaneously respond to various target sets,so as to ensure effective operation across multiple combat areas in a high-intensity combat gome environment.In this paper,the evolution from the concept of network centric warfare to the concept of the future air warfare such as fusion network centric warfare,combat cloud,multi-domain warfare and fusion warfare,is outlined.The concept of the future air warfare and the technical challenges in its implementation are focused on.The concept of mosaic warfare put forward by DARPA is introduced briefly for dealing with these technical challenges.
