褐煤提质分质分级利用技术及其产业化应用

摘    要:提出了褐煤提质分质分级利用的创新技术工艺,介绍了具体的工艺流程和分质分级利用技术的应用效果,阐述了褐煤通过该技术提质后在火力发电、水泥熟料生产、部分农业种植品种的应用及试验示范。试验结果表明,褐煤提质分质分级利用技术能显著提高褐煤的着火温度,降低褐煤爆炸倾向,在火力发电使用中可实现提质后褐煤不需制粉直接进仓,并可降低燃煤污染物的排放;同时,对分质分级后的一级褐煤产品进行了进一步的腐植酸提取实验研究,通过提取液的应用试验表明该提取液具备很好的实用价值,可作为农作物的有机增长剂。该技术工艺符合我国能源绿色发展和节能减排要求,可实现褐煤由单一燃料向资源化利用的转变。

Abstract:The innovative technology of lignite upgrading classification and utilization(LUCU)was put forward,and the specific technological process and application effect of the technology were introduced,and the application and experimental demonstration of lignite upgrading in thermal power generation,cement clinker production and some agricultural varieties were expounded.The results showed that the technology of LUCU could significantly improve the ignition temperature and reduce the explosion tendency of lignite.In the use of thermal power generation,the lignite could be directly put into the bin without pulverizing,and the emission of coal-fired pollutants could be reduced.At the same time,the humic acid extraction experiment of primary lignite product after classification was further studied,and the application test showed that the extract solution had good practical value and could be used as an organic growth agent for crops.The technology met the requirements of green energy development and energy conservation and emission reduction in China,and realized the transformation of lignite from single fuel to resource utilization.
