露天煤矿视频识别分析系统设计与应用

摘    要:分析了露天煤矿通过视频监控违章行为的现状和存在的问题,提出利用人工智能、视频识别分析等技术,构建露天煤矿视频识别分析系统,介绍了系统总体架构和技术架构,分析了系统包含的子系统功能,详细阐述了系统采用的数据处理、模型训练、模型应用和数据分析四类关键技术。通过在露天煤矿的实际应用表明,该系统能够使露天煤矿及早发现违章信息并闭环管理隐患,实现实时在线监控,同时将相关违章信息上传到上级监管监察机构,满足各级监管监察部门对露天煤矿的检查需要。

Abstract:The current situation and existing problems of violation behaviors monitoring through video in open-pit coal mine were analyzed,open-pit coal mine video recognition and analysis system was built by using artificial intelligence,video recognition analysis and other technologies.The overall architecture and technical architecture of the system were introduced,and the functions of several subsystem and the data processing,model training,model application and data analysis adopted by the system were elaborated in detail.Through the practical application in the open-pit coal mine,it showed that the system could make the open-pit coal mine detect the violation information as soon as possible,realized hidden danger close-loop management and real-time monitoring,and upload the relevant violation information to the regulatory and supervisory institutions for the inspection needs at all levels.
