Application of L-type Horizontal Well Staged Fracturing Technology with Fixed String in Coalbed Methane Well

Based on the current situation of complex fracturing technology,long construction period and less than expected fracturing effect of horizontal wells in Qinshui coalbed methane field,the staged fracturing technology with fixed string is designed.The technology combines with the technology of ball throwing sliding sleeve injector and expanding gun,and connects multiple sets of injectors in series.During the construction,the injectors at all levels are opened step by step through the way of ball throwing to complete the integration of tubing sand perforation and sand fracturing.The string of this process uses less downhole tools without repeated blowout,and can complete the staged fracturing of 3?4 interval of horizontal well without moving the string.The field test results show that the performance of the string is reliable,which shortens the construction period of staged fracturing and improves the construction efficiency,which could provide engineering technical guarantee for the improvement of staged fracturing for coalbed methane horizontal wells.
