| 摘 要： | 玻璃布层压板锯边机是加工玻璃布板的专用设备。国内现有的设备中,其转台上的夹具设计不够合理,因而运转不灵活,有时串位,影响加工质量。本文提出了夹具旋转机构的一种简单实用的综合方法,可大大改善传力性能,可供设计时参考,并可在类似的带有转台的其它设备上引用。

| Abstract: | A glasscloth sheet edge cutting machine is a special plant that processesglasscloth sheet. Now, in our country as the fixture design on rotatingplatform of this kind edge cutting machine is not very rational, it can notoperate freely, sometimes moveing position affects the processing qu-ality. Aeasy and useful synthesis methord of fixture slewing mechanism is given in thepaper.It can ameliorate transfer force performance, and can be reference whendesign, and can aiso be used by other analogical plant with rotating platform. |
