(R)-2-羟基苯丙酸苄酯合成方法改进

摘    要:对(R)-2-羟基苯丙酸苄酯的合成进行了探讨,分别采用BnOH-TosOH法,收率为57%;BnB r-Et3N法,收率30%;BnB r-Cs2CO3法,收率最高为82%;用廉价的K2CO3、Na2CO3代替Cs2CO3进行反应,也顺利得到产品,方法改进后的收率分别为55%、76%。

Abstract:Synthesis of(R)-2-hydroxyl-3-phenylpropanoic acid benzyl ester was studied using BnOH-TosOH in 57% yield,using BnBr-Et_3N in 30% yield,and using BnBr-Cs_2CO_3 in the highest yield of 82%.In order to improve the method,the product was obtained successfully using the cheap K_2CO_3 or Na_2CO_3 instead of Cs_2CO_3 in 55% or 76% yield respectively.
