摘    要:以六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)和全含氢硅油(DH)为主要原料,在浓硫酸的催化作用下,合成1,1,1,3,5,5,5-七甲基三硅氧烷(MDHM)。考察了反应物质量比、反应时间、反应温度及催化剂用量对反应选择性的影响,确定MDHM的最佳合成工艺条件为:反应物质量比为m(MM):m(DH)=13︰1,反应时间7h,反应温度30℃,催化剂用量为5%。

Abstract:Prepare 1,1,1,3,5,5,5-Heptamcthyltrisiloxane with hexamethydisiloxane and full-hydrogen silicone oil, with the catalysis of concentrated sulfuric acid.The influences of reaction molar ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature and catalyst dosage on the reaction selectivity were examined, the best conditions for synthesis were as follows: the reaction molar ratio of m(MM): m(DII)= 13:1, the reaction time was 7 h, the reaction temperature is 30℃, and the amount of catalyst was 5 %.
