摘    要:在平板测量中,平面度误差的数据处理是一个比较繁复的工作,尤其是对于大平面和圆、环形平面,及误差的最小条件评定,计算工作量更大.本系统(PFPS) 采用编译BASIC编程,实现了对大中小平板、圆平板、环形导轨等平面度误差数据的输入、计算、判别、显示、绘图、打印等功能,并配有中文说明,操作非常方便,且运算速度快,处理49测量点大平板仅需十几秒钟.

Abstract:Flatness error data processing is a complicated work during plate measurement, especially for large plates, circular and ring plates, the calculation work of evaluating the minimum condition of error is heavier and more complex. Our PFPS system adopts the programmed BASIC program to fulfill the functions of flatness error data in input, computation, identification, drawing display and printing, etc. For large, medium and small plates. circular plates, and ring guide stricks. The svstem is easy to operate with hinese indicatioons and its calculating speed is so fast that it only needs less than, 20 seconds to deal with large plate of 49 measuring points.
