无熟料矿渣粉煤灰胶凝材料强度影响因素研究

摘    要:针对矿渣、粉煤灰的成分及特点,研制了一种无熟料矿渣粉煤灰胶凝材料,并对其强度影响因素、水化性能进行了研究。结果表明,加入70%矿渣,15%粉煤灰,10%石膏,5%复合激发剂,可以制备性能较好的胶凝材料,28d抗压强度可达到58.21MPa。

Abstract:According to composition and features of slag and fly ash,the cementitious material without clinker has been made and its strength influencing factors and the hydration capability have been studied. The results are as follows:the high-strength cementitious material can be made by adding 70 percent of slag,15 percent of fly ash,10 percent of gypsum and 5 percent of complex activated material and the compression strength at 28 d is up to 52.81 MPa.
