| 摘 要： | 影响DTY质量的因素有:原丝质量、设备完好率、操作质量、工艺搭配等。通过大量的跟踪与测试发现,各种异常因素均会给DTY的质量带来不利的影响,如外观降等、物性指标异常、染色不匀等。同时指出,一些异常因素若能恰当地加以利用,可化不利为有利,开发出独特风格的新产品,如仿麻丝、涤纶捻合变形丝。

| Abstract: | The effect elements on DTY quality are the quality of POY, the stateof the machine, the quality of manipulation and the collocation of processetc. With large number of shadows and test, it is found that every kind ofabnormal phenomenon brings harmful effect on the quality of DTY, eg. out-ward appearance, abnormal physical properties, uneven dyeing behavior etc.But if these abnormal phenomena are properly made use of, some new prod-ucts with special style can be exploited, eg. imitation linen, twist yarn etc. |
