大型泵站经济运行研究进展

摘    要:分析了泵装置进行工况调节的方法,如变角调节、变速调节、可调前导叶调节、前置导轮调节等,推导出了变角经济运行、变速经济运行的优化表达式,并提出了大型泵站变速变角经济运行方式。研究结果表明,变速变角调节的装置效率比单独变速或单独变角的装置效率高约5%。应用新的优化算法,对实现泵站经济运行优化更为便捷。

Abstract:Methods of adjusting operation duty by adjusting blade angle,adjusting rotational speed,adjusting front guide vane and setting front guide wheel are analyzed.The optimal expressions of economical operation by adjusting blade angle and adjusting rotational speed are deduced.Economical operation by adjusting rotational speed and blade angle in large pump stations is put forward,calculation results indicate that assembly efficiency by adjusting rotational speed and blade angle is about 5 percentage points higher than by sole adjusting rotational speed or blade angle.The optimization of pump station economical operation is quicker,optimal result is more exact by new optimal algorithms.
