摘    要:以微机型保护装置替代电磁型保护装置的应用,随之对相关的连接回路有必要考虑作相应的调整。以上海某220 kV变电站一起事故为例,分析了在母差保护装置现已基本微机化的情况下,原来与电磁型保护配套使用的35 kV备用电源自动投入装置(下称备自投)闭锁母差保护回路存在扩大事故的隐患,提出了取消备自投闭锁母差保护回路的建议。

Abstract:Connecting circuit has relatively to be adjusted due to the application of microprocessor-based protection to substitute electromagnetic protection.Given an accident occurred at a 220 kV substation in Shanghai as an example,the article analyzes the existing hidden trouble during the accident because locking bus differential protection circuit formerly equipped to the electromagnetic protection for automatic stand-by device of emergency power supply is inappropriate to microprocessor-based bus differential protection,and suggests to cancel locking bus differential protection circuit for the automatic stand-by device of emergency power supply.
