烧结烟气高效脱硫制酸系统设计

摘    要:根据攀钢烧结烟气SO2含量高的特性,采用高效循环吸收法烟气脱硫技术进行系统设计,通过脱硫液对烧结烟气中SO2的吸收与解析,得到90%以上纯度的SO2气体并生产浓硫酸,同时烧结烟气达标排放,在脱硫过程中无二次污染物产生,脱硫率达93%以上;攀钢烧结系统技术改造(三期)工程实践证明该脱硫系统运行良好。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of high SO2 content sintering flue gas at Panzhihua Steel, high-efficiency circulation absorption desulfurization technology for flue gas was adopted in system design and SO2 in the sintering flue gas was absorbed and parsed with desulfurizing liquid. As a result, SO2 gas with purity above 90% was obtained and sulfuric acid was produced, at the same time sintering flue gas meeting the requirement of standard was discharged. The desulfurization rate reached more than 93% without secondary pollutants in the desulfurization process. Practice at the sintering system technical transformation project of Panzhihua Steel has proved that the desulfurization system runs well.
