摘    要:某外资企业生产的风力发电机连接螺栓,使用很短时间即发生断裂失效,通过对断裂螺栓的断口宏观检查、金相组织的全面检验和开裂部位与非开裂部位的解剖对比分析,结果表明:螺栓断裂是由于淬火时形成了很深的裂纹;淬火裂纹的形成与冷速过快、表面脱碳及螺纹根部应力集中有关。

Abstract:After using for a short time,fracture failures occur in the connecting bolts of wind generator which is made by a foreign capital corporation.Through the macro-fracture analysis,the distinguishing of metallographical structure and the comparative analysis for crack positions and non-crack positions,the results show that the fracture of bolts is due to the cracks in the quenching process.The reasons for the quenching cracks are the over-high cooling rate,the surface decarburization and the stress concentration in the thread root.
