| 摘 要： | 建材行业中大型水泥厂经常使用大功率电机．采用液体变阻器串入转子回路的方法来调节大功率电机的转速，实现大功率电机的自适应软启动．自适应软启动有效地消除了大功率电机启动时的力矩冲击、电流冲击，延长系统的使用寿命．液体变阻器启动系统造价低廉，运行可靠，适用于功率大、调速要求不高的系统．

| Abstract: | In this article the methods of liquid rheostat and regulation to realize self adaptive soft start up and A.C steppless speed regulation are discussed. The liquid rheostat features simple control system, compact structure, smooth starting and large thermal capacity. Using liquid rheostat we realize self adaptive soft start up high inertia heat resisting air pump smoothly without the shocking from current and torque. |
