从北方联合出版传媒的发展看出版业的资本经营

为了加快出版行业的发展和应对国际出版竞争对手的挑战,我国出版业势必要由传统的产业经营向现代的资本经营进行转变。通过对北方联合出版传媒（原辽宁出版传媒）的主要资本运营活动的研究,总结出能为其他出版企业所参考的经验,同时指出了现今我国出版业资本经营存在的问题。

The Capital Management of Publishing Industry Based on the Review of Development of NUPMG

In order to speed up the development of the publishing industry and respond to the challenges of international publishing rival, China's publishing industry must change from the traditional industrial operation to modern capital operation. During the study on the main capital operations of NUPMG, this paper summarizes some useful experiences for other publishing enterprises for reference, at the same time points out the current problems and advice on capital management of China's publishing industry.
