高黏度蜡质玉米十二烯基琥珀酸酯淀粉的合成

摘    要:在碱性条件下,蜡质玉米淀粉与十二烯基琥珀酸酐(DDSA)反应可制得较高黏度、适宜取代度(DS)的酯化淀粉。经单因素实验得出最佳的工艺条件为:酸酐用量12%,pH值8.5,酯化反应温度35℃,酯化反应时间5h。采用红外光谱对其结构进行表征.结果表明酯化反应后蜡质玉米淀粉分子上的确引入了十二烯基琥珀酸酐基团;X-射线衍射实验的结果表明,蜡质玉米淀粉的A型晶体结构在经过酯化反应后并未发生改变。

Abstract:Dodecenly succinic anhydride(DDSA) waxy corn starches with paste top viscosity and degree of substitution(DS) were prepared by the base catalyzed reaction with starch granular in aqueous slurry. The suitable parameters for the preparation of DDSA-starch are selected as DDSA 12%, pH 8.5, reaction temperature 35 ℃, reaction period 5 h. FT IR spectrum of the product confirmed that DDSA was introduced into starch chain. The result of X-ray diffraction showed the native A-type crystalline pattern, indicating that reaction of waxy corn starch with DDSA caused no change in the crystalline structure.
