摘    要:本文说明了将智能系统用于电力系统保护的可能性,首先,简要地介绍了专家系统、模糊逻辑和神经网络,然后描述了它们在开发新型电力系统保护技术中的应用实例,包括(1)保护专家系统,(2)模糊逻辑保护和(3)基于神经网络的自适应保护及控制。未来的发展和研究应当着重在混合系统的开发方面,诸如模糊神经网络及模糊专家系统等等,并庆着手提供供这些技术使用的硬件。

Abstract:This paper is aimed to demonstrate the potential aPPlication Of intelligent systems to power system protection. First, expert systems, fuzzy logic and neural networksare briefly introduced. Their application examples in the development of new power system protection techniques are described, including: (1) protection expert system ; (2) fuzzylogic protection and (3) neural network based adaptive protection and control. The future R&D should he carried out into the deVelopment of hybrid systems, such as fuzzy-neuralnetworks and fuzzy expert systems etc., and the hardwareimplementation of those techniques.
