钢索锚固节点的试验及其力学性能研究

摘    要:索结构中的节点施工复杂、造价昂贵,本设计了一种采用简单冷压锚固形成的新型节点,并对10组节点进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,该节点传力路线明确合理。受力性能较好.根据试验结果,提出了有限元分析模型,并得到了节点的平均粘结-摩擦系数、临界锚固长度简化计算公式以及最大锚固长度.

Experiments and mechanical behaviour of anchorage joints for steel cables
Abstract:Traditional anchorage joints for steel cables are complicated and expensive. A new type of anchorage joint formed by cold pressing is developed in this paper.Experiments were conducted on 10 groups of joints. The test results show that the new joint has a clear load-transferring path and good load-bearing behaviour.Based on the test results, a finite elcment model was established and numerical analyses were conducted.Finally, the bond-friction coefficient, the critical anchorage length and the maximum anchorage length for the new type joint are obtained.
