| 摘 要： | 解决水性地方病问题、水污染问题、局部地区的缺水问题、血吸虫问题是湖南省农村饮水安全工作的重点。饮水安全问题的解决，有助于提高人民群众的健康水平，改善山区农村的生活质量，解放农村劳动力，促进农业结构的调整，推动农村社会的稳定。从解决资金短缺、加大采矿污染治理力度、加强水利工程设施的管理与维护三个方面提出了今后饮水安全工作的任务。

| Abstract: | Water-born diseases, water pollution, water shortage and snail fever (biharziasis/schistosomiasis) in Hunan Province are the key issues regarding to the safety of rural water supply. Ensuring water safety is beneficial to improve people's health and upgrade living standard of farmers in mountainous rural areas, liberate rural labor and adjust agricultural structure and stabilize rural society. Future tasks are proposed for securing water supply in rural areas in three respects of easing funds shortage, strengthening water pollution control and operation & maintenance of water infrastructures. |
