| 摘 要： | 从北京市的特殊地位和天然气快速发展的实际情况出发,分析了北京市天然气供应安全保障系统建设必须具备的5个条件———气源多元化(包括供气企业多元化),管道输气系统网络化,储气库(含战略储备)协调供需稳定化,城市天然气输配系统建设和系统的应变能力,城市天然气需求侧管理。提出了相应的措施或建议。

| Abstract: | Five conditions that Beijing safety guarantee system for natural gas supply must satisfy are analyzed from the facts of Beijing special status and natural gas rapid development,and some appropriate measures or suggestions are put forward.The conditions comprise diversification of gas sources induding diversification of gas supply enterprises,networked gas pipeline transmission system,stabilization of supply and demand coordinated by gas reservoir containing strategic reserve,construction of urban natural gas transmission and distribution system and surge capacity of the system,and forecast management of urban natural gas demand. |
