摘    要:通过对某热轧生产线切头剪异常剪切的原因分析,得出其主要是由现场测量信号异常引起的,通过采用不同的、更稳定的信号及时替代现有信号,降低了因信号异常导致的异常剪切,有效控制了故障时间,提高了成材率和产量。

Abstract:The causes of abnormal shearing in hot roiling line were analysed. The main reason was the measuring signal abnormal. Some countermeasures of shearing signal optimization were adopted, and good effect was obtained.
