摘    要:针对河北普阳钢铁有限公司生产的36mm 厚Q345E钢板低温冲击韧性不合格问题,进行了试验研究。结果表明,厚度大于25mm钢板组织中出现氮化钛夹杂物是产生该问题的主要原因。为此对钢的化学成分进行了调整,25mm厚以上规格钢板不添加Ti元素,有效改善了Q345E的-40℃低温冲击性能,提高了产品的合格率。

Abstract:In view of the problem of unqualified low temperature impact toughness of Q345E 36mm thickness plate in Puyang Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. , the influence factors were investigated. The results show that the TiN inclusion is the main reason to reduce the problem . Therefore, the Q345E steel composition was adjusted without addition of Ti element for 25mm or over thickness plate. By this measure, the low temperature impact property of Q345E plate was improved obviously, the qualification rate of products was increased too.
