| 摘 要： | 以钢丝绳芯输送带硫化机组张力站部分工作过程为例，对其张力油缸在工作过程中因泄压须更换维修而导致全线停车时司过长的现象进行分析后，对张力油缸的结构进行了改进设计。改进后，克服了以上缺陷，得到了用户的认可。

| Abstract: | Take part of the working process of the steel cord conveyor belt vulcanizing group tension station as an example, analyzed the phenomenon of long maintenance time caused by the pressure relief and improved design of the structure of tension oil cylinder. After the improvement, overcame the defects, and get the recognition of users. |
