| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前钢铁市场低迷、产能严重过剩的形势下，国内外主要钢铁企业结合本企业自身的特点，在深加工、绿色生产及社会服务化方面所选择的发展方向和实施措施。为其他钢厂及我国冶金行业战略性转型提供了可借鉴的经验。

It provide references for strategic transformation of other steel mills and metallurgical industry of China. |
