摘    要:本文以S张力辊为例,描述了以张力放大倍数为基础的张力辊功率计算,并将带钢弹塑性变形考虑到各张力辊的受力分析中,得到各张力辊精确受力情况,同时考虑变速器对张力辊驱动力矩的影响,使张力辊功率计算更准确,设备运行更经济合理。

Abstract:A new bridle design method ,based on base factor, helpful to figure out exact tension of the bridle roll, was described in this aritle. The concerned factors such as , reducer, centrifugal force, plastic deformation,was concerned in the bridle roll power design. Bridle roll designed in this new method runs economically.
