摘    要:在制造企业和消费者双边道德风险下,通过分析产品保证契约的保护力度、制造企业产品技术经济性能水平及消费者投入产品保养努力程度三者之间的互动关系,构建了一个产品保证契约模型,表明在信息对称下制造企业和消费者之间可以通过协商达成双赢的产品保证契约,而在产品信息不对称前提下,很难达成双方满意的产品保证契约。
