R6250Z型柴油机的设计和研制(上)

重庆红岩机器厂生产8250和6250Z型221～331kW(300～450PS)中速柴油机及其各种变型产品已有多年。最近为适应国内外市场的需要,该厂利用正在生产的老机型改进强化,扩大功率和使用范围,研制了一种新机型R625 Z,转速750r/min,功率862kW(900PS)。本期将先介绍在原6250Z型基础上所进行的强化修改设计,其中包括了燃烧室形状、缸盖气道、进排气凸轮、配气定时、燃油喷射系统以及机体、曲轴等主要零部件的变动。以后将介绍其试验结果。

Design and Development of Model R6250Z Type Diesel Engine (1)

Hongyan Mechinery Works, Zhongqing, has produced for many years Models 6250 and 6250Z medium-speed diesel engines with power range of 221—331 kW (300—450 PS) and their many versions. Recently, (?)wing to the demand of home and overseas market, this Works deems it necessary to improve and enlarge the power and speed range of its engines in production. So, a new Model R6250Z diesel engine rated 862 kW (900 PS) at 750 r/min is developed. This paper discusses various modifications carrying out on many important parts of the original Model 6250 diesel engine, such as configuration of combustion chamber, ducts in cylin der head, inlet and exhaust cams, valve timing, fuel injection system as well as engine frame, crankshaft, etc. The testing result will be introduced on this issue also in the near fature.
