摘    要:从补偿作用机理角度分析了主轴回转误差与加工系统之间的动态相互作用。在此基础上,着重从拉普拉斯频域和时间域分析了镗床主轴回转误差补偿切削系统的动力学特性。通过理论分析和仿真试验,得出有效补偿位移不仅受工件-主轴系统刚度和刀具刚度的影响,而且还受到切削参数,如切削重叠系数的影响。仿真和试验结果表明,SREC(主轴回转误差补偿)技术能有效地提高加工精度,在实际工程应用中是可行的。

Abstract:Mechanism and dynamic model of spindle rotation induced error compensation (SREC) is addressed with theoretical analysis, computer simulations and experiments. The mechanism of dynamic interaction between the spindle rotation induced error and compensation cutting system is discussed through composite vibration mechanism analysis of spindle rotation induced error disturbance. Based on the above analysis, a new dynamic model of SREC cutting system is presented. The dynamics of SREC cutting process of boring is addressed in details from both Laplace S frequency domain and the time domain with simulations. Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments show, for the first time, that the compensation displacement effect is affected by not only the systematical stiffness of workpiece, spindle and tools, but also the regenerated coefficient of cutting process. The final results indicate the SREC is practicable in reality to decrease the cutting error in many engineering application.
