摘    要:通过对支架搬运车发动机冷却系统过热原因和发动机冷却方式的研究,在不影响发动机动力、整车性能的前提下,在节能环保的基础上,对散热器和风扇进行合理的优化匹配设计,并经冷却性能实验,使该车的平衡温度不超过水温传感器设定的103℃,解决该种车型冷却系统自身冷却能力不足、发动机高温的问题.

Abstract:Through the study of the stent truck engine cooling system and engine cooling overheated reason way, without prejudice to the engine power, the premise of vehicle performance in energy saving, based on the heat sink and fan for optimal matching design reasonable and after cooling performance test, so that the temperature does not exceed the balance of the car temperature sensor setting of 103 ℃, the kinds of models to solve their lack of cooling capacity cooling system, engine temperature problem.
