摘    要:针对化工集团的增压机振动故障进行分析,诊断出振动故障的原因,准确地找出了故障源:在中压缸推力侧振动值突然升高,是由于转子不平衡引起的振动;在增速机输出侧振动值突然升高,是由于联轴器故障引起的振动.

Abstract:According to the analysis on vibration fault in compressor unit with air-compressor and nitrogen booster of large-scale air separation plant, the reason for vibration fault is diagnosed and the fault source is accurately found out. The reasons for the vibration value abruptly rising in thrust side of medium pressure cylinder and in outlet side of increasing gear are due to the vibration caused by unbalancing rotor and fault coupling respectively.
