摘    要:目前国内多家煤化企业反映,CO2离心压缩机组的高压缸在运行期间止推轴承瓦温高,接近甚至超过机组温度报警值,严重影响机组的正常运转,给装置的安全也带来了隐患.根据用户提供的压缩机组现场运行参数,我们对各个机组现场运行情况进行了分析和总结,提出了解决的办法及处理问题的新思路.

Abstract:Currently, according to feedback from many coal-chemical enterprises in China, thrust bearing temperature of high pressure cylinder of C02 centrifugal compressor unit is high during operation period, which is close to or exceeds temperature alarm value of the unit; therefore it seriously affects normal operation of the unit, which causes potential safety hazard to the unit. upon operation parameters of compressor unit at site from our endusers, we have analyzed and summarized operation status of each unit at site, and thus brought forward solutions and some new ideas for trouble shooting.
